Purpose: Cool Invention
Idea: Most planes try to evade radar by "disappearing." They can absorb or reflect the radar. What if the plane could change the radar waves in such a way that when they bounce back to the station the plane appeared to be nearer, closer, bigger, smaller, or traveling in a different direction than it really is.
